No-Refund Policy

Due to the custom-branded nature of our school spirit apparel, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizing, so please consult the sizing charts provided on the product page before purchasing.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it is received from the school. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (wrong size or color than what was ordered), please contact us immediately at casey@crestandstandard.com.

  • 48-Hour Window: Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of the school delivery date.

  • Resolution: If a manufacturing defect is verified, we will work with you to provide a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.
