Terms of Service: The Expedition School Spirit Store

1. Overview This website is operated by Crest and Standard Branding, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Crest and Standard Branding, LLC. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

2. School Delivery Model By placing an order, you acknowledge that no items will be shipped to residential addresses. All orders are processed for bulk delivery directly to The Expedition School.

  • Delivery Timeline: Items are typically delivered to the school within 14 business days from the date of order.

  • Student Information: You are required to provide the correct Student Name and Teacher Name in the order notes at checkout to ensure successful classroom delivery.

3. Student Privacy Protection We take the privacy of our students seriously. Any student-identifying information (such as Name or Teacher) provided during the checkout process is used strictly for order fulfillment and internal delivery purposes.

  • No Marketing: Student names will never be used for marketing, advertising, or profiling purposes.

  • Data Security: This information is not sold or shared with any third parties except as required to complete the delivery to the school.

4. All Sales Final (Refund Policy) Due to the custom-branded nature of our school spirit apparel, all sales are final.

  • No Refunds or Exchanges: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please refer to the sizing charts provided on the product page before purchasing.

  • Damaged Items: If an item is received with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at the email address below.

5. Sales Tax Sales tax is collected for all orders in accordance with North Carolina state law (NC Account ID: 601687110).
